Joseph Miller is a seasoned Corporate Executive and visionary and has a heart desire to see people reach their God-given potential. His vision is that MannaLife International will bless people all over the world by helping share excellent nutrition through quality whole food based health products and by helping people by providing financial provision through a strong business opportunity.
Joseph was the former Vice President with one of the fastest growing Network Marketing Companies in history. He designed and deployed a highly effective Customer and Distributor Outreach strategy that helped fuel the historical momentum growth of the company. The congruent relationship between Corporate and the field is vital in the growth process – and will be a cornerstone emphasis for MannaLife International.
In addition to an effective outreach and follow-up strategy, Joseph created a proprietary corporate organizational structure and sales training model that enabled quick expansion of operational staffing to accommodate record-breaking sales growth. In less than two years time, Joseph hired, trained, and mentored a staff that grew from 31 employees to over 530 full-time people- operating a Customer Support and Sales department that operated 24 hours per day, seven days per week. His model proved vital in the growth process, and will prove extremely valuable in the projected global sales growth of MannaLife International.
Prior to becoming a Network Marketing Corporate Vice President, Joseph served as CEO with the YMCA where he raised millions of dollars for facility improvements, capital construction projects, and to provide financial assistance to low-income families. His love for building relationships and his passion for service led in the development of strong programs and services that impacted thousands of families, youth, and children from a variety of diverse backgrounds.
Joseph has also been a Consultant and Trainer for Corporate Sales and Marketing operations, as-well-as internet based traffic generation and marketing systems. He has invested several years studying and developing traffic solutions for online marketing programs and created a “Virtual Prospecting” system that is specifically designed for Network Marketing.
